Cedar Log Siding

Log siding offers a rustic, natural aesthetic. If you have an existing home with historic charm and character, log siding can add to the overall appeal while protecting your exterior walls from harsh weather conditions.

Siding is a great way to instantly update or upgrade your home’s curb appeal without having to do any major renovations! Log siding comes in many different profiles including round logs, flat boards and more. It also has several finishes available such as clear coats that allow for unique aging effects or even pre-treated options that feature fade resistant colors that won’t chip or peel over time like other types of wood products might!

You should also think about your siding plan before purchasing something for this home improvement task. What kind of climate do you live in? Do you want an open or closed look to your log walls? Will they be exposed to rain and snow? These are all questions that need answers before choosing any type of siding material.

Quarter log siding is a type of board and batten wood siding. It consists of horizontal rows or logs with their bark on, placed between two vertical boards called "stacks". There are three common types of quarter log siding: bevel, square cut and V-notch.

2x6 Cedar Quarter Log Siding

Our log siding is created by taking Western Red Cedar logs and milling them into quarters. The sawmill then removes the center to create a deep, authentic looking knot pattern that perfectly compliments our rustic designs!

We offer this product in both rough sawn & groove for your convenience. You can also choose from either full rounds or half rounds depending on what look you are going for. We even have options with the bark left intact if it fits your style better than removing it before installation!
